What if my clothing doesn’t fit when it arrives?

We do have sizing charts on most of the items. Cycling Canada will exchange clothing that has not been worn but the customer will have to pay for the shipping. 

What if I don’t like what I ordered?

All sales are final.

How long will my order take to arrive?

There is currently a shipping delay due to office closure after severe flooding; shipping times are not currently guaranteed.

You should receive your order within 2 weeks. We ship once a week through Canada Post.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?

If I choose to pick up my item(s) at the office in Ottawa when can I do that?

When your order is placed you will be contacted to arrange a time to come to the office and pick up your item(s) during business hours.
